Charlene Falk
Charlene is the founder of AASP THEY MATTER and serves as President and Program Coordinator. With a heart for outreach and a deep understanding of the importance of connection, she leads the development and implementation of programs designed to remind individuals that they matter. Through her leadership, Charlene oversees community initiatives, program creation, and the ongoing mission to bring awareness and support to those who need it most.
Co-Founder & CFO
Mathew Falk
Mathew is the Co-Founder, Vice President, and oversees I.T. for AASP THEY MATTER. He plays an integral role in supporting organizational growth, managing technical operations, and strengthening outreach efforts through both digital and community-based initiatives. Mathew also leads The Hope Outpost for Men, creating a space for connection, accountability, and encouragement.
Secretary & Seamstress
Kim Ballard
Kim serves as Secretary and brings a unique and valuable contribution through her work as a seamstress. Her attention to detail and willingness to serve supports both the organizational structure and the hands-on elements of outreach programs. Kim’s involvement reflects the heart of the organization—using individual talents to make a meaningful impact.

Awareness Research Volunteer

Michael volunteers his time to stay up to date on the latest news and research, helping bring valuable insight to the work of AASP THEY MATTER. Through his dedication, he supports the mission of spreading awareness and understanding in meaningful ways.
MaryAnn
Peer Support Group Leader

MaryAnn serves as the administrator of The Hope Hearth for Women, helping create a welcoming, judgment-free space where women can connect and feel supported. She is committed to fostering compassion, belonging, and meaningful peer connection within the group.
